Yes — joining Socialpur as a creator is completely free. We never charge influencers a registration fee, subscription fee, or commission on brand payments. You keep 100% of what brands pay you. Socialpur earns from brand subscriptions, not from creator earnings.
There is no minimum follower requirement. Nano-influencers with as few as 500 followers are welcome on Socialpur. Many brands specifically look for nano and micro-creators because they have higher engagement rates and more authentic audiences. What matters is the quality and authenticity of your content, not just your follower count.
Go to Browse Campaigns and find a campaign that matches your niche. Click "Apply" and submit a short pitch (2–3 sentences about why you're a good fit). The brand receives your application and will accept or decline within 24–72 hours. You'll get notified by email and in-app once a decision is made.
Once accepted, you'll receive a campaign brief with the exact deliverables, timeline, and brand guidelines. The brand will deposit the agreed payment into Socialpur escrow — which means you're guaranteed to be paid once you complete the deliverables. After submitting your content, the brand reviews it within 48 hours and releases the payment.
Yes — you can send a counter-proposal through the campaign chat. We recommend setting a clear rate card on your profile so brands already know your rates before reaching out. You can negotiate deliverables, exclusivity terms, and payment timeline — all within the platform's messaging system for full transparency.
If a brand cancels a campaign after it's been accepted and work has begun, you're entitled to a kill fee — typically 50% of the agreed rate for work done. The exact kill fee is specified in the campaign contract. Socialpur's support team mediates disputes and ensures creators are fairly compensated for work already completed.
Payments are released once the brand approves your submitted content. UPI payments are instant — you receive them within minutes of approval. Bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS) take 1–2 business days. There is no minimum withdrawal threshold for your first payment. After that, the minimum is ₹100.
No. Socialpur does not charge influencers any commission on brand payments. The amount agreed with the brand is the amount you receive in full (minus applicable TDS deducted by the brand as per Indian tax law). Only a 2–3% payment gateway fee applies for certain transaction methods, which is covered by the brand.
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) at 10% is deducted by the brand if your total payments from that brand in a financial year exceed ₹30,000. You'll receive a Form 16A from the brand which you can use to claim credit when filing your ITR. If you have a GST registration, you'll also need to raise a GST invoice to the brand.
This can't happen on Socialpur. We use an escrow system — brands must deposit the full campaign amount before work begins. Once the brand approves your content, the payment is automatically released to you. If the brand doesn't respond within 5 business days of your submission, the payment is released automatically. Socialpur's payment protection guarantees you're always paid for completed work.
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and you'll receive a password reset link within 2 minutes. The link is valid for 15 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or try the "Resend OTP" option to reset via mobile number instead.
The ✅ Verified badge is awarded after our team reviews your profile. To be eligible: complete your profile 100%, connect at least one social media account, have a genuine and active audience, and ensure your engagement rate is authentic (no fake followers). Submit a verification request from your dashboard — the review takes 2–5 business days.
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Note that deleting your account is permanent and will remove your profile, campaign history, and earnings data. Make sure you've withdrawn all pending earnings before deleting. If you have active campaigns, those must be completed or cancelled first. Contact support if you need help.
Sign up at socialpur.in/brand/register and choose a plan. Then click "Post Campaign" in your dashboard. Fill in the campaign brief — budget, deliverables, timeline, niche requirements, and target audience. Your campaign goes live within 10 minutes and is visible to 500+ creators. You can start receiving applications immediately.
Socialpur's subscription fees are non-refundable after 7 days. However, campaign budgets held in escrow are fully refundable if no influencer has been hired yet. If an influencer fails to deliver the agreed content by the deadline without communication, you're entitled to a full refund of that creator's campaign budget. Contact support within 48 hours of the missed deadline.
